Emergency Maintenance Service
For Emergency Service please call your community leasing office. If after normal business hours, you will be given additional instructions for receiving emergency service. Emergency Service includes:
  • No heat during the heating season
  • No air conditioning when the outside temperature is above 80 degrees
  • No hot water
  • Water leaks
  • No electricity
  • Refrigerator not working
  • Fire
  • Any other circumstance which may endanger life or property
